For handicap drivers and other disabled individuals who require special handicap tags for easy-access parking spots due to disability, MVD Express is your friendly and fast one-stop shop.

When applying for handicapped parking placards, a handicapped placard application must be completed by a medical physician. You’ll only have to establish disability on the initial application for your handicap placard.

Only the disabled person or handicap driver can obtain and use a maximum of two handicap tags, but the tags can be used in any vehicle that is transporting the individual.

For all first time and temporary placards, please bring the following:

Completed Handicap Placard Application (both Physician and Applicant)
Identification
